Unable to get multiple repositories to show up in Source Control #3321
Might be microsoft/vscode#87888. Seems git repositories nested in others don't show up in VS Code (to be more precise it seems to only detect repositories which are immediate children of the root folder).
One possible workaround would be to add the two directories to a workspace (File > Add Folder to Workspace). It'd be a little strange because the Zope directory here would show up twice in the explorer (once on its own and again under the code-server directory) but it might work well enough.

Steps followed to reproduce
Here's what I did to reproduce (macOS Big Sur + Chrome + code-server 3.9.3 running locally)
mkdir two-sources && git clone https://github.com/jsjoeio/awesome-interactive-course-platforms.git && git clone https://github.com/jsjoeio/typescript-concepts-and-examples.gitcode-server --auth nonetwo-sourcesinside code-serverActual
Both repositories show up in Source Control
Next Steps
If this can be reproduced upstream, then it's not specific to code-server and should be filed upstream.
