Steps to Reproduce

1. ctrl + shift + p and type keyboard shortcuts
2. edit any keybinding
3. type in a custom keybinding and hit enter
4. keybinding doesn't update

Expected

Updates keybinding on change without browser reload

Actual

Keybinding doesn't update without browser reload. The "update" here means the keybinding changes are taken effect immediately and the new keybind combination is shown in the keybind entry
