Add Cloud Poem to README.md

This PR adds a poem about clouds to the README.md as requested in the issue.

The poem titled "Clouds of Innovation" was added right after the Description section and before the Architectural Model section. It connects cloud imagery with technological themes that align with the repository's purpose.

The poem reads:

## Clouds of Innovation

Floating high above the digital plain,  
Clouds of data, wisdom they contain.  
Skillsets weaving through the azure sky,  
Extensions reaching where ideas fly.  

Like APIs that bridge from shore to shore,  
These clouds connect what wasn't linked before.  
Copilot navigates this misty space,  
Transforming code with elegant grace.  

As cumulus collect their treasured rain,  
So knowledge gathers in this domain.  
The clouds above, both fleeting and profound,  
Inspire the code that makes our tools abound.
