Add Cloud Poem to README

[Copilot]

This PR adds a poem about clouds to the README.md file as requested in the issue.

The poem was added in a new section called "Clouds Above" positioned right after the title and before the Description section. This placement ensures it's prominently displayed while maintaining the overall flow of the technical documentation.

The poem connects thematically to the repository by relating clouds to data infrastructure, extensions, and APIs - creating a nice metaphorical bridge between natural clouds and cloud computing concepts.

## Clouds Above

Floating high in digital skies,
Clouds of data, vast in size.
Drifting through networks, light and free,
Powering extensions, APIs, and dreams to be.

Fluffy wisps of innovation float,
Like skillsets in Copilot, ready to promote.
White and billowing, they transform and grow,
Enabling developers to learn, adapt, and flow.
