Init Slack integration#3

  • Add slack creds to config struct
  • Add fn for sending a message
  • Add trigger(s) that will call the above function when some condition is met eg:
    • watch file path or folder, send message with file contents when one appears
    • watch job status, send message when status transitions to success or failed
