Starlette's FileResponse streams at a fixed 64 KiB. Subclassing to raise chunk_size would make reads use larger blocks.

    I guess ideally we want to just read entire partial content in one shot (up to a reasonable max like 64MB?)...but balance performance on generally... I guess 64MB takes ~0.5 s on 1Gbps link to transfer anyway so maybe OK?
