catalog: uninstall/disable command #32
Description
Surfaced by the design/security review on #25.
Users can catalog install a profile but must hand-edit the config to remove it.
Proposal
catalog uninstall <name>removes the profile and cleans its cached spec + token (mirrorsprofile remove), with a confirm prompt +--force.- Optional
catalog disableif soft-disable is useful onceprofiles.d/(#B3) lands.
