[Bug]: age missing age-keygen

What happened?

The age feature is missing the age-keygen binary. It may be the case the age-keygen should be it's own seperate feature instead of bundled with age but seeing as they come bundled together when installing from other sources it would make sense to do it here also

It used to exist as a separate feature under ghcr.io/devcontainers-contrib/features/age-keygen:1, but probably got "lost" during migration to the devcontainers-extra/features repo, although it can still be found under https://github.com/devcontainers-extra/features/tree/main/archive/src/age-keygen. Maybe @koralowiec knows more about it ?

I also support the idea that age-keygen should be part of the age feature.

Just found out that several features were moved to archive due to build-issues (see #7). Some of them have been fixed (like the age-feature itself), others have not.
So for starters it would be the easiest solution to bring back the age-keygen feature. I am goign to provide a pull-request with a fixed version.
