[Feature Request]: Alpine support for npm-package

Right now, npm-package feature doesn't support Alpine Linux (see #92 (comment))

This might not be possible, which is a shame if that's the case.

Within the npm-package feature, install_via_npm() function, after the call to check_packages (which would need changing to support Alpine), the script executes a script from https://raw.githubusercontent.com/devcontainers/features/main/src/node/install.sh

Inside that script, there's a section where it checks for the distro version / type and within that, alpine isn't an option and thus would fall through to echo "Linux distro ${ID} not supported."

Using a docker container, cat /etc/os_release returns the following:

BUG_REPORT_URL="https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/-/issues"

An update to the node script would be needed here first:
