Tested on aarch64 (M1 MacBook) on Debian based dev container by running 'devcontainer features test -f btm --skip-autogenerated' from the archive folder. Couldn't test Alpine based dev container because nanolayer doesn't provide a musl clib variant for aarch64.
If this passes review, let me know and I'll do a follow-up PR to unarchive the feature.
