Chore: add releases for the tags

We need to add releases with the assets for the existing tags (to keep the compatibility with the original project)

It's possible to generate the assets for x86 with the existing GitHub Workflow (x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu, x86_64-unknown-linux-musl). The workflow doesn't build one for aarch64 though (aarch64-unknown-linux-gnu)

For now I created the release for the v0.5.6 tag (x86 assets build with the workflow, and aarch64 downloaded from https://github.com/devcontainers-contrib/nanolayer/releases/tag/v0.5.6 and uploaded manually)

I recreated all releases from devcontainers-contrib/nanolayer) with this script:
