CUDA Toolkit Feature?

It appears that the current nvidia-cuda (https://github.com/devcontainers/features/tree/main/src/nvidia-cuda) feature does not support installing the toolkit including utilities like ptxas and nvcc. These would be very useful for running software like tensorflow, JAX, pytorch and many others!
