Part of epic #1047. Closes the master-tracker's remaining open checks (master-tracker.md "Open checks" + quota-view "Open unknowns", 2026-10-25 state). Each item closes with a dated, sourced read recorded in BOTH documents — conflicts preserved, not silently resolved.

  1. ChatGPT main: resolve Plus (Play) vs $100 Pro tier from billing; identify the $16.46 Discover charge of Oct 19. Keep the separate popesdrew student account out of this reconciliation.
  2. OpenCode Go: exact per-workspace usage % + resets for Personal and Lab (picker values, never estimates; both plans are cancelled/lapsing early Nov — read before they lapse), plus what plan workspace 3 (Home) is on — believed: none.
  3. Claude: current % + fixed weekly reset datetime from Settings -> Usage.
  4. Wispr Flow: account-page quota. Bitwarden: actual plan name + price (Secrets Manager).
  5. Muse (consumer): subscription-page plan name — Power $20 presumed, remembered $15 matches nothing current.
  6. PAYG re-derivation: re-derive the low/high estimates (1.2x high counts as used, Decision 004) for Cloudflare/B2 from any real-usage data now available; DeepSeek/Meta/Fly/Baseten/Vercel stay "not estimable" until a dated reading exists.
    Note: ClinePass and Command Code/Open Design plan identification were resolved 2026-10-20/25 — refresh usage only, do not reopen.

    Named sub-item from the 2026-10-26 design pass: the master tracker's ClinePass row still shows the RESOLVED conflict ("ClineCode annual" / $9.99 official / UNKNOWN %) even though the 2026-10-25 dashboard read resolved it (Annual $79.92/yr, monthly 69% / weekly 26% / 5h 0% at that read — CAPABILITIES.md notes "the tracker itself still needs its row updated on its next pass"). Fix that row as part of this issue, with the dated read cited.
