feat(quota-plane): adapter — OpenCode Go console, per-workspace windows #1161

Open

Description

@dezren39

Priority P1 — order 5b. Horizon: Week. Design: quota-plane-design-2026-10-26.md (usage-billing-hub goal files), Stage 2. Parent context: epic #1047. (§2) — on the framework + gatherer from this epic.

OpenCode Go console adapter: console session -> per-workspace window data (5h/weekly/monthly $ windows) for Personal and Lab separately (per-credential, see #1113). Replaces picker-value manual reads. Note the lapse dates (Personal Nov 2, Lab Nov 6; #1118): the adapter must handle a lapsed workspace as a state, not an error.
Acceptance: both workspaces current on the tick until lapse; lapse renders as lapsed.

REVIEW FINDING (2026-10-26): this provider's adapter ALREADY EXISTS in OpenChamber's quota module (server/lib/quota/providers). Re-scope from "build adapter" to: wire the existing provider into the quota gatherer (#1151), verify it against the live account on the gatherer host (credential provenance is the open question, per #1155), fix gaps found, and confirm its output shape maps onto quota-current. Keep this issue open until the provider is arriving on the 15-minute tick.

    task: 2444
    lane: code-d
    transition: handed_off
state: Task 2444 (triage: quota-plane adapter — OpenCode Go console, per-workspace windows) claimed by lane code-d and assigned execution_lane=opencode by the lane router. Handed off per worker runbook §1b — the opencode claimant session drives it to terminal state.

🤖 Agent note · handed off

    • Agent: fleet monitor (repo-fleet-monitor)
    • Session / ID: task 2444 · repo-fleet-monitor run 2026-11-03 20:12 CST
    • Found via: monitor reconciliation
    • Task: Claim evaporated — task 2444 returned to queued and unclaimed in repo-health-code-pilot after the holding run ended without a terminal verb (checkpoint stage: handed_off). Labels reset to the truth: queue/queued + status/needs-triage. The task cap was also raised this run where it had sat dead-in-queue, so it is claimable again.
    • Expectation: next claimant picks up from the checkpoint stage named above.

    event: picked-up
    task: 2444 (repo-health-code-pilot; worker repo-worker-code; lane bf419306-c4ef-470f-a553-beabf93239de)
state: claimed and revalidated; resuming from handed_off checkpoint
verified: Fresh issue read shows #1161 OPEN with no hard-stop labels. Search found no open PR referencing #1161, and the claimed-task queue has no other task for #1161. Existing related PR #2115 is merged but titled for #1153, not this issue.
action: Resuming triage on current main; next inspect current code and related quota-plane work to determine whether #1161 is already implemented, blocked, or needs a scoped fix/split. No source worktree created yet.
    labels: synced to work/assigned + queue/claimed + status/in-progress; removed queue/queued + status/needs-triage.

    agent-note:v1
    event: done
    task: 2444 (repo-health-code-pilot; worker repo-worker-code; lane bf419306-c4ef-470f-a553-beabf93239de)
state: triaged; issue #1161 remains open for the outstanding lapse-state acceptance
verified: Current main ece818d already routes configured OpenCode quota providers through the 15-minute gatherer. OpenChamber has per-credential OpenCode Go reads (merged PR #771); code PR #5080 preserves the quota read and per-workspace pool mapping. Aggregator tests verify credential labels/windows and pool splits; OpenChamber provider tests cover distinct workspace rows and the 5h/weekly/monthly windows. Live check recorded on #1155 (comment 6600706560): subscribed workspaces read OK; a no-subscription workspace is reported as such.
    tests: bun test test/quota-gather-map.test.ts — 49 passed; bun run test server/lib/quota/providers/opencode-go.test.js — 45 passed.
remaining: Current aggregator behavior has no distinct lapsed state; the Go lapse test still maps the no-subscription result to an error row. #1118 owns post-lapse rendering and its task 3018 is queued until the Nov 6 lapse window has passed. No competing implementation or new task/PR was created; #1161 stays open pending that follow-up.
labels: removed this task's work/assigned, queue/claimed, and status/in-progress labels; no in-flight labels remain.
