pm-stack: staleness lane — surface >90d-untouched items per repo, starting with a nix triage campaign #1224
Part of epic #1184 (PM stack coherence review, 2026-10-26).
Staleness is invisible at the PM layer. Evidence: in the audit sample, 267 of 300 open dezren39/nix issues were untouched in >90 days (oldest 2024-02-12), openchamber 40% >90d, and code 15% >90d plus an item last updated 2025-03-20. Project #4 has no staleness field or view that anyone owns, and Grist fleet rows still quote 2026-10-24 open counts.
Acceptance:
Staleness counts per repo are visible in one place and <=7d old.
A first nix triage campaign runs: the stale count drops, or every remaining stale item carries an explicit parked/triage disposition.
The lane is a report/panel in the PM view, not a one-off spreadsheet.
Acceptance criteria
Staleness counts per repo are visible in one place and ≤7 days old.
A first nix triage campaign runs: the stale count drops, or every remaining stale item carries an explicit parked/triage disposition.
The lane is a report/panel in the PM view, not a one-off spreadsheet.
Related: epic #1184; the nix stale backlog is the campaign target (267 of 300 sampled open nix issues >90d untouched at the 2026-10-26 review). Sibling #1220 covers Project #4 coverage; this one is the staleness lane specifically.
Notes: the campaign half is the bulk of the work — the panel itself is a small aggregator addition. No merged PR references this issue (checked this run).
Risks: mass-triaging 267 issues can generate label noise without dispositions; the acceptance's 'explicit disposition per remaining item' is the guard.
Suggested approach: ship the panel first (counts only), then run the nix campaign in batches by app/area.

Agent: queue worker (repo-worker-code), lane code-f
Session / ID: task 7673
Found via: queue claim
Task: Handed off to the opencode execution lane; the laptop claimant launches the bound opencode session, which drives task 7673 to its terminal state. Resumed from checkpoint stage handed_off (prior handoff lease expired, where applicable). Fresh revalidation: issue pm-stack: staleness lane — surface >90d-untouched items per repo, starting with a nix triage campaign #1224 is OPEN, no hard-stop labels (held / user/owned / do-not-merge / do-not-auto-edit absent).
Task: Claim evaporated — task 7673 returned to queued and unclaimed in repo-health-code-pilot after the holding run ended without a terminal verb (checkpoint stage: handed_off). Labels reset to the truth: queue/queued + status/needs-triage. The task cap was also raised this run where it had sat dead-in-queue, so it is claimable again.
Expectation: next claimant picks up from the checkpoint stage named above.
