mcpx: Phase 3 of #1634 — register truth-up (TR-29, PM-06) and nix#203 evidence

Phase 3 of design #1634 (mcpx client session & stream recovery). Design doc: files/designs/code-mcpx-client-session-stream-recovery.md in the keep-the-four-repos-healthy goal workspace. Gated on Phases 1–2 (the two sibling sub-issues of #1634).

Scope

Make the registers tell the truth about client session/stream recovery, and put the completion evidence on the origin umbrella.

docs/compare/register/transports.md: rewrite the TR-29 entry (summary row + section) from "mcpx missing" to the as-built Phase 1 behaviour (client-layer re-initialize, session-carried trigger, singleflight, one retry), citing the covering tests.
docs/compare/register/process-model.md: rewrite the PM-06 entry to the as-built Phase 2 behaviour, recording the annotation gate as mcpx's proxy decision on re-issue (the entry's Detail already leaves that decision to mcpx).
planning/roadmaps/mcpx.md: update the Next row "Legacy client robustness" to name what remains of the mcpx client: legacy Streamable HTTP and stdio robustness — session 404, GET stream, SSE retry, string ids, stream timeout, version header dezren39/darwin-nix#203 / Update module github.com/golang-jwt/jwt/v4 to v4.5.2 [SECURITY] #200 / Update module github.com/gorilla/websocket to v1.5.3 [SECURITY] #201 umbrella after this design lands (the nix#201 elicitation slices; nix#200's caching slice is design design(mcpx): honour upstream ttlMs and cacheScope — the pool catalogue cache gets a freshness deadline and a scope #1601's) — do not mark the row done while the elicitation remainder is open.
Post the completion evidence (phases' PRs, tests, retired gaps) as a comment on mcpx client: legacy Streamable HTTP and stdio robustness — session 404, GET stream, SSE retry, string ids, stream timeout, version header dezren39/darwin-nix#203. Comment, do not close: the umbrella tracks other registers' rows and closes when its owners say so (same discipline as design(mcpx): honour upstream ttlMs and cacheScope — the pool catalogue cache gets a freshness deadline and a scope #1601 / nix#200).

Evidence

TR-29 at docs/compare/register/transports.md:51 (summary) and :550-565 (section) still describes mcpx @ 05c78b2.
PM-06 at docs/compare/register/process-model.md:133-146 records mcpx's upstream retry policy as "not examined".
Roadmap row: planning/roadmaps/mcpx.md Next → "Legacy client robustness" (status proposed, links nix#203, nix#200, nix#201).

Acceptance

TR-29 and PM-06 entries describe the as-built behaviour with the phases' tests cited; no stale "missing / not examined" claims remain for these two rows.
The roadmap row names the umbrella's remainder explicitly.
The evidence comment is posted on mcpx client: legacy Streamable HTTP and stdio robustness — session 404, GET stream, SSE retry, string ids, stream timeout, version header dezren39/darwin-nix#203 (link it from a comment here).

Out of scope

Any behaviour change; the nix#201 elicitation slices themselves; closing dezren39/darwin-nix#203.
