id: lib does not build with --no-default-features

cargo check --lib --no-default-features fails: src/groups/worlds.rs:30 and src/log_sync.rs:49-50 import crate::world and crate::world_net, which are only compiled with a feature. The default build is clean. Gate the imports and the uses behind the same feature, or move the shared types out of the gated modules. Found on phase-5 (37a8344); likely older.
