Description

@dezren39

LIST 15 synthesis. Merge the boards and playable-posts investigations into boards v1: board/theme/post model, identity without registration, embedded games + succession forks, and moderation. The nostalgia is a feature; the graph underneath is the point.

Program: Drew's 2026-10-28 directive (full text: hatch-personal memory/topics/id-program-2026-10-28.md).
Working pattern: parallel investigations, then the named synthesis issue merges them into a full design. Route guidance: Workhorse by default; Specialist/Summit for synthesis and ramification-heavy work. A result that says "done" is not the endpoint — the orchestrator reviews it and may commission another round. Deliverables: a markdown design/investigation doc (mermaid/SVG diagrams welcome) linked from this issue, plus follow-up issues for anything buildable. Build a proof of concept where the design calls for one, but do NOT build the permanent feature on top of an unreviewed PoC.

    Intake review

    LIST 15 synthesis under epic #2056; depends on investigations #2052 and #2053 (being enriched in the same monitor pass). Filed by Drew 2026-10-28; no merged PR resolves it. Suggested approach: run after (or alongside the tail of) its two investigations, per the program's parallel-investigations-then-synthesis pattern. Risk: synthesis attempted before the investigations land produces a design that must be redone.

    — repo-fleet-monitor intake enrichment (protocol §5): acceptance criteria appended to the body where missing, labels normalized, meta/enriched applied.

    Input landed — boards investigation (#2052). The board model sketch is recorded on #2052 (comment) (full doc: ~/workspace/id-program-2026-10-28/investigations/boards-model.md): Board/Forum/Thread/Post/Attachment objects in the ID graph, registration-free Iroh-ID identity, Theme objects (tokens + layout, apply-by-reference, fork-by-citing), a three-layer moderation view under accept-all/trust-filter (personal / board / host, with a public append-only moderation log), and replication-based federation. It leaves one explicit hook for #2053's embeddable game object (embed_ref on Post) and hands this synthesis five open questions, chiefly: ratify the three-layer view composition, decide whether custom HTML themes are ever in scope, and whether closed/encrypted boards are v1 or follow-on. This synthesis stays gated on #2053 as named.

The latest prior agent note (lane code-q, 2026-11-04T20:05Z) says task 7278 was handed to the laptop opencode-claimant for a bound session; no later terminal note appears in recent comments.
