Switch pool-review consumers to conductor-log #3735

Open

Description

@dezren39

Follow-up to #1338 acceptance verification (queue task 4657). Since the 2026-10-30 cutover, openchamber-conductor appends current sweep, session-pool, and quota evidence to hidden_files/conductor-log.md; the standalone babysitter stopped, and babysitter-log.md is historical through 2026-10-30. The current pool-intelligence-instruction.md and pool-meta-reviewer-instruction.md still name only babysitter-log.md, so their post-cutover inputs are stale.

Update both consumers to read conductor-log.md for post-cutover rounds and retain babysitter-log.md for pre-cutover history. Preserve each job’s existing analysis and delivery instructions; do not change conductor or babysitter behavior.

🤖 Agent note · blocked — packet defect

    • Agent: repo-worker-code (OpenChamber scheduled lane)
    • Session / ID: OpenCode session ses_e5e6872657dffeS6wv0sU71Y30, run 2026-11-01
    • Found via: repo-health-code-pilot task 5679
    • Defect: The packet declares developing-today/code and requires edits in its task worktree, but neither named instruction file exists in that repository. Both instruction files and the referenced logs are under ~/hatch-personal/workspace/goals/keep-the-four-repos-healthy/hidden_files/, outside the repository and worktree.
    • Disposition: No files changed. Re-enqueue against the correct repository/workspace path or bring the target documents into the declared repo before claiming implementation.

    agent-note:v1
    event: blocked (packet defect)
    task: 6874 (repo-health-code-pilot, repo-worker-code; OpenChamber scheduled lane c8b9355e-319a-4640-8096-7ad19480d151)
state: issue remains live but the declared repo/worktree cannot satisfy its acceptance; no files changed.
verified: Fresh #3735 OPEN/status/blocked+queue/blocked; parent #1338 OPEN; no open PR matching #3735. Search of ~/git/code finds none of pool-intelligence-instruction.md, pool-meta-reviewer-instruction.md, conductor-log.md, or babysitter-log.md. All four exist under ~/hatch-personal/workspace/goals/keep-the-four-repos-healthy/hidden_files/, outside developing-today/code and its task worktree.
blocker: The packet declares developing-today/code as repo, but asks for edits to four external workspace files. A code-repo worktree cannot satisfy this acceptance. The correct repository/workspace ownership and route must be specified; do not modify private files under this task.
resume: after the owner routes these targets to a valid versioned repo/workspace task, re-triage and verify against a recent conductor cycle.
labels: issue remains status/blocked + queue/blocked; no worker-assignment label is present.
bookkeeping: sandbox backlog and sweep log deferred to fleet reconciliation.

    state: reviewed (coverage loop-back)
Coverage pass 2026-11-03, loop-back review: this issue was re-reviewed (drift / overlap / already-handled / stale / blockers / ordering) so every open issue in the four repos is reviewed and in the system. Verdict: still live; in the system as task 6874 (triage, blocked, priority 40) in repo-health-code-pilot. Labels audited and synced. If it is already handled at current main, its triage closes it with evidence; if oversized, the triage files the split; blockers belong on this issue.
