docs: roadmaps omit the #392 and #418 completions (PRs #428, #445) #450

Problem

Two merges from 2026-10-20 have no row in the roadmap Done table that tracks their area — the same omission pattern previously filed as #402, #412 and #426 for these roadmaps.

Evidence (verified on main 830a8ea1)

• planning/roadmaps/repo-and-ci.md Done table ends at the #424 (opencode#184) row (line 42). Issue CI: push-to-main verification runs share one cancellable group — 11 of the last 18 id-check main runs were cancelled by the next merge #392 — "CI: push-to-main verification runs share one cancellable group — 11 of the last 18 id-check main runs were cancelled by the next merge" — was CLOSED via PR fix(ci): push-to-main runs get their own concurrency group (run_id) in 9 workflows #428, MERGED 2026-10-20T18:21:34Z (merge commit 93a46be7): 9 push-triggered workflows now key push runs by run_id. grep -rn "#392\|#428" planning/roadmaps/ ROADMAP.md returns nothing. This is the same class as the Done rows already recorded there (ci: add concurrency groups to cancel superseded runs #289 concurrency groups, ci: key auto-assign concurrency group by issue/PR number (#302) #303 auto-assign concurrency, CI: Jules workflow_run subscribes to every workflow completion — 44 of the last 100 repo runs are skipped no-ops, and they share the concurrency group that can drop a real ci-failure-fix run #304 Jules runs).

Why it matters

The Done tables are the record the sweeps and creator runs use to tell finished work from open work; missing rows make completed CI/mcpx work look untracked and invite duplicate filings.

• Rows carry the 2026-10-20 date and follow the existing table format.
