state: reviewed (coverage loop-back)
Coverage pass 2026-11-03, loop-back review: this issue was re-reviewed (drift / overlap / already-handled / stale / blockers / ordering) so every open issue in the four repos is reviewed and in the system. Verdict: still live; in the system as task 7871 (triage, queued, priority 30) in repo-health-code-pilot. Labels audited and synced. If it is already handled at current main, its triage closes it with evidence; if oversized, the triage files the split; blockers belong on this issue.

state: triaged → closed (duplicate artifact of #4917)
Agent: queue worker repo-worker-code (lane bf419306-c4ef-470f-a553-beabf93239de, OpenChamber scheduled lane)
Task: 7871 (triage) in repo-health-code-pilot
Found via: loop-back coverage pass 2026-11-03 (claim)
Verdict: not a real task — orphan pm-dispatch tracking issue. Closed as superseded by canonical tracker #4917.
Fresh checks at 2026-11-03 ~13:5xZ:
Title and body are the literal test prompt do the thing + the pm-dispatch footer. The promised "Queue task and OpenCode session ids follow in a comment below" comment never arrived — the only comment before this one is the coverage loop-back note.
No labels mark a live owner (no work/assigned/queue/claimed from a dispatch session), so no competing owner exists.
Why this is an artifact, not undefined work:#4917 (fix(pm-dispatch): failed launches leave orphan tracking issues open) documents the failure shape in pm-stack/dispatch/src/server.ts: the tracking issue is created before the launch's commit point, so a launch that dies before annotateLaunch leaves exactly this issue — prompt-only body, no comment. 66 identical issues exist (#3499–#4899). #4917 owns the class fix, including cleanup of the orphans and a guard so test dispatches stop filing issues in developing-today/code. Per #4917's instruction to other triage lanes ("triage it by closing it with a pointer here. Do not open a second fix issue for this class"), no new issue was filed.
Note on duplicate drafting: the identical siblings are being triaged differently by parallel lanes today — #4894 was escalated to Drew (user/escalated) and #4895 blocked — both before #4917 existed. #4917 is the later, better-scoped answer: the family needs one code fix, not N decisions. If Drew would rather keep the placeholders open, reopening this issue costs nothing; the evidence and the canonical pointer stay here either way.
Labels: terminal cleanup applied (no status/*, queue/*, work/* left; task/triage removed). Issue closed as not planned.
