   Notes: Body already carries acceptance criteria (checkboxes) — no body edit this pass. Verified still live at filing evidence level: pm-git-sync failing every cycle since 2026-11-03 16:43 CST on the one untracked path .opencode/service-local.json, primary ahead 1 / behind 23 meanwhile. This is the standing PRIMARY-CLONES rule being violated by runtime state written into the tree; PR #2486 covered earlier residue paths but not this one. No merged PR resolves this (searched this run). Risks: while the primary cannot pull, laptop deploys run stale code — priority/high. Suggested approach: determine whether service-local.json is runtime state (then gitignore it and/or move it to the service state dir, following the #2486 pattern), then verify two consecutive clean pm-git-sync cycles.
