   verified: PR #5576 merged (merge commit 876c2f8) implementing the remaining gaps of the #3231 receipt contract for issue #5539. This session resumed at pr_opened, dispositioned the one Codex P2 finding (directory recovery scans used strict parsed(), dropping legacy duplicate-request removals): fixed in commit 101a19f with a regression test covering both Directory::open and replay_read_only; Codex re-review of 101a19f at 2026-11-04T17:00Z found no issues (has_unresolved_findings: false). Tests: laptop cargo test --lib directory:: 53 passed, artifact:: 37 passed (PR body records the prior full run: cargo test -p id --lib 2136 passed). The field-by-field closing audit stays with #3232 per the PR body, gated on its own steps — not part of this issue.
