Parent: #1744 (phase 2 of #3142). This is the first preparation slice for migration-plan P1 / Move 1; it does not complete #1744 acceptance criterion 3.

Problem

pm-stack/SHARED-SCHEMA-MIGRATION-PLAN.md requires a vetted Supabase target schema before Move 1 and says the target column contracts come from SHARED-SCHEMA-MAP.md. The map names logical groups but does not currently specify column-level contracts. Move 1 starts with the append-only actions.json store, mapped to agg_* actions plus shared_events outcomes.

Scope

Define and implement only the schema contract for the first Move 1 store group: aggregator actions and their shared event outcomes in Supabase muse-dev2. Derive the shape from the existing action-store source and the approved #3142 storage direction. Keep existing JSON storage authoritative; do not migrate live rows, cut over writers, create unrelated entity groups, relocate the projector database, or touch Kaneo/Grist/Pad.

Acceptance

  • Document the column, key, idempotency, provenance, and timestamp contract for agg_actions and the associated shared_events records; identify source-of-truth ownership and compatibility with existing action records.
  • Add a versioned, reversible schema migration and a local/disposable-database test for its constraints and rollback. No production database write is part of this task.
  • Record the read-fallback/rollback path and how this slice fits P1 / Move 1 in the migration plan.
  • Leave #1744 criterion 3 unchecked; this is a prerequisite slice, not the full migration.

    Lane A (code-a) claimed task 9916 for issue #6103 and handed it off to the opencode execution lane per fleet queue lane assignment. Fresh check: issue #6103 is OPEN, no hard-stop labels (held / user/owned / do-not-merge / do-not-auto-edit), open PRs: none found. Labels reflect claimed state (queue/claimed, work/assigned, status/in-progress). Next: the laptop opencode claimant launches the bound session for task 9916. Attempts 2/4.
