Iteration counts per team #12

Why

Teams that redeploy many times are iterating. That is a signal worth showing next to the raw deploy count.

What to build

• Per project, from contracts joined through the attribution view: distinct_wasm_hashes, redeploys_same_wasm and total_deploys. Add them to Project and ProjectDetail in schemas.py and to the SQL in queries.py.
• A distribution across projects from a new API route.
• The project page shows "deployed N times, N distinct builds".

Acceptance criteria

• A fixture with two deploys of the same wasm plus one new wasm gives distinct 2, redeploys 1, total 3.
