Why

During a live hackathon window the hourly chart becomes a venue screen.

In this repo today

sync indexes a finished window in chunks and keeps its progress in the sync_state table.

What to build

• A --follow mode for sync that re-runs incrementally every 5 minutes while the window is open.
• An API route with the live numbers: deploys so far, deployers so far, the last 10 deploys with contract ids, and deploys in the last hour.
• A /wall page: full screen, large type, refreshes every 30 seconds, no navigation, readable on a 1080p and a 4k TV.

Acceptance criteria

• Tested against a synthetic open window by moving window.end into the future in a test config.
• The wall keeps working while sync --follow is writing.
