(sidebar): set lastProjects after morphdom, key remaining per-project state by host (follow-up #910) #915

Follow-up of #910 (#871), review suggestion and pre-existing same-path keys, low priority.

1. lastProjects lags after a render that throws late. public/sidebar.js ~1465: if rebindSidebarEvents or refreshGridCardMembers throws after morphdom, the DOM shows the new host state but renderProjects.lastProjects still holds the previous input, so each 30 s tick writes old host titles until a render succeeds. Assign it right after the morphdom call.
2. Other per-project state still keyed by path only (pre-existing, not introduced by (sidebar): test every skip-key term and keep remote host tooltips current (#871) #910): two remote hosts with the same project path share sortedOrder / orderIndex (~955), the orphanExpanded: and o: rest keys (~1172, ~1191), and slug-group ids from slugId(slug). Key them by alias and path like folderId(projectPath, remoteAlias), keeping local keys unchanged so persisted state survives.
