Get Eclipse JDT from maven central, not p2 update sites #2627
Agreed that it's easy to grab the latest version of Eclipse JDT. Reproducibility is hard though, because the transitive version ranges are wide. So when a new version of Eclipse gets released, old commits won't reproduce anymore because the transitives will update.
That's why we use p2 to determine which versions and dependencies we need, and then download those deps from maven central.
