Exercise callable RPC and the Agents SDK through sobjects deploy/up #133

docs/compatibility.md: callable RPC passes in the conformance suite on celld and the native engine, "but has not been exercised through sobjects deploy/up". The conformance runners use wrangler dev and celld dev directly, so the product path is a separate gate.

Do

• Deploy the Agents app with sobjects deploy and serve it with sobjects up behind TLS ingress.
• Run the callable RPC and state checks against that deployment.
• Record the result in docs/compatibility.md.

Done when

The Agents SDK path is verified through the CLI, not only through the runners.
