As mentioned earlier currently we don't honour the parallelism set in MAKEFLAGS and always explicitly set -jXXX flag at runtime.

We should really fix that, since it's a flag that distributions extensively use and expect it to work.

    While in the area, we should also add per-module flag (in dkms.conf) and global one (in framework.conf)

    AFAICT the usual priority order (in decreasing fashion) is:

    • module
    • global
    • makeflags
    • nprocs
