CS0281 Description Incomplete #32996

The description in this page apears to be incomplete. A version of the same error (CS0281) is also produced when, although the assembly names do match, the specified public keys don't (in which case the error message is different).

Here's an example:

Error CS0281 Friend access was granted by 'PspServicesFrameworkNet4, Version=4.2.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null', but the public key of the output assembly ('') does not match that specified by the InternalsVisibleTo attribute in the granting assembly. PSP.MachineServicesLightNet4 C:\Data\Dev\Pal3Platform\Implementation\PlainSocketProtocolSystem\MachineServicesLight\Source\Implementation\Services\ServiceBase.cs 139 Active
