profiler/gcheapenumeration/gcheapenumeration/gcheapenumeration.cmd fails in CI

Description

Issue #131449 seems to be accumulating a variety of profiler test failures. One particular failure that @janvorli investigated is gcheapenumeration.cmd failing because ProfToEEInterfaceImpl::EnumerateGCHeapObjects returns CORPROF_E_SUSPENSION_IN_PROGRESS. Reproduction Steps

Run the gcheapenumeration.cmd test. See #131449 for details.

Expected behavior

The test should pass.

Actual behavior

The test fails.
