.Net Aspire project exits debugging when MigrationService project ends #7386

Type: Bug
in VS Code:
- create a .Net Aspire project with AppHost and ServiceDefaults
- add reference to several web projects
- add reference to a MigrationService project (ala https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/aspire/database/ef-core-migrations)
- start debugging Aspire project
all apps start, but when the MigrationService project exits, the AppHost also exits, ending the debug session.

commenting out the MigrationService project in AppHost/Program.cs prevents the debug session from ending.

This is a duplicate of microsoft/vscode-dotnettools#1196.
Thanks for the report and we will have a fix for this in the next release.
