StatusCommand is very slow after checkout with jgit #310

sorry for my bad english.

I think, there is a regression with commit:

038353e

After checkout with jgit (CheckoutCommand), StatusCommand is very slow.

Actual behavior

With CheckoutCommand many entries in index are smudge because smudeSec is befoe entryMtimeSec:

so smudgeRacilyClean is called in DirCache.writeTo

This leads in StatusCommand to compare the file content.

Expected behavior

With checkout the index should be clean and all files in the Index should have the correct timestamp.

Other information

In 7.7.1 the problem is not present. The index is written correct.
