Implement device login for ovsx #2188

Open

Description

@gnugomez

It would be a real UX improvement if we implemented a device login flow on the CLI. Publishers would run ovsx login, and a link with a user code would be provided, taking them to the web UI (prompting login if they aren't already logged in).

From there, they'd authorize the device — in this case, the CLI — to act on behalf of their publisher account. This should generate an access token that gets forwarded to the CLI, ideally scoped to just what it needs.

Meanwhile, the CLI would keep polling the server using its client ID, key, and the previously generated device code. Once the backend has generated the token, the CLI should store it in the system keychain.
