Unified Diff: Whitespace rendering missing in deletion areas #2942

Problem

The unified diff uses Eclipse Code Mining APIs to render deletion areas. When whitespace rendering is enabled in the editor, whitespace characters are visible in the normal text but not in the deletion parts of the unified diff. The whitespace renderer is not applied to the Code Mining-based deletion areas.

Expected Behavior

Whitespace characters should be rendered consistently in deletion areas, matching the whitespace rendering of the surrounding normal editor text.
