Update the Emscripten SDL port from 3.4.2 to 3.4.4 #27906

The Emscripten build currently uses SDL 3.4.2. Please update the SDL port to 3.4.4, which adds support for persistent storage with Emscripten via SDL_EMSCRIPTEN_PERSISTENT_PATH.

This update would allow the application to use SDL’s persistent storage support in web builds and retain data between sessions.

Expected result: Emscripten builds use SDL 3.4.4 and support SDL_EMSCRIPTEN_PERSISTENT_PATH.
