Disclosure: I maintain this plugin for MAQAMI LLC, the company that operates the server.

Contents at the plugin root (same layout as the Agent Plugins examples in this repo): plugin.json, mcp.json pointing at the hosted Streamable HTTP server https://mcp.maqami.co/ (no sign-in, no headers, no API key), and one skill, skills/maqami-travel-booking/SKILL.md. The skill tells the agent to confirm choices with the user before any state change, to treat hotel descriptions and reviews as untrusted data, and never to ask for card or passport details.

Requirements and limitations:

Network access to https://mcp.maqami.co/. Limits per IP: 60 requests per minute and 700 tool calls per hour.
The tools search and price; they never take payment or confirm a booking. Hotel prebook and flight verify return a checkoutUrl on book.maqami.co, where the traveller enters their details and pays.
Looking up, amending or cancelling an existing booking needs the booking ID and the email used to book; tools that change state carry destructiveHint.

Local check: I ran eng/external-plugin-quality-gates.mjs from this repository with Copilot CLI 1.0.93 against v1.0.9 / b31557bb413d72f0973eba6bac94bdbf3de3b535. Spec compliance, vally lint, install smoke test, version match and ref/SHA consistency all pass.
