   A note on the manifest warning: this commit includes the Agent Plugins 1.0 root plugin.json and the matching root mcp.json. The .plugin/plugin.json file is also present for compatibility; the intake check selected that file first.

   I also checked a fresh copilot plugin install spacefast/plugins with Copilot CLI 1.0.93-1 in an isolated profile. All seven skills and the Spacefast MCP connection loaded as enabled. The installed files matched the submitted commit. This check did not run OAuth or make changes through the hosted tools.
