Additional notes for reviewers

Part of a set of React-migration plugins from the same repository, each submitted separately (ember-to-react #4570, angular-to-react #4571 and backbone-to-react #4572 were submitted earlier). Like those, it bundles a migration skill, an inventory agent and a parity-reviewer agent (read-only), a plan command, and the hosted Context7 MCP server (https://mcp.context7.com/mcp, no API key). The manifest is the same Claude-format plugin.json that VS Code and Copilot read directly.

Submission checklist

  • The plugin lives in a public GitHub repository.
  • The ref and/or sha I provided is immutable (release tag and/or full 40-character commit SHA), not a branch.
  • This submission follows this repository's contribution, security, and responsible AI policies.
  • This plugin is not already listed in the Awesome Copilot marketplace.
