Kill line doesn't work

Describe the bug

Pressing <CTRL> k should kill characters to the end of the line

Affected version

0.0.331

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Type "anything"
2. Type <CTRL> a to get to the beginning of the line
3. Type <CTRL> k to kill the line

Expected behavior

The line is killed ... like everywhere else on Mac

I think this was introduced in 0.0.334 or 0.0.335. Please update with npm i -g @github/copilot@latest and let us know if it works! 🤞

I can confirm this is working already. The last version included a fix because this wasn't "killing" the whole line if it was wrapped into several (visual) lines, only until the next "break point". It should be all good now 🤞
