Describe the feature or problem you'd like to solve
I'd like to see the current context usage permanently in the Copilot UI, like the "remaining reqs".
Proposed solution
Getting towards the end of the context window degrades LLM performance. The Copilot CLI doesn't give any indication when that's the case, however. Similar to "Remaining reqs.: 85.4%" in the bottom right, there could be an indicator like "67k/160k tokens (42%)".
I think /statusline -> context-used alleviates this a bit, but it is not always visible. E.g. when answering plan question dialogs, the statusline gets hidden.
UX-wise, I'm not sure why the plan use is placed above the input box and the context use is placed below it. For me, the percentage shown closest to the chat contents would most naturally be the context window usage, not the plan usage.
