When running a prompt, show this list for the user to select the mcp servers before running the prompt

Can we also have a status command

/mcp status

To show which servers are actually properly installed and callable. Showing the count of tools on each so we can understand the context windows bloat that each is resulting in?

MCP status would be very helpful. Currently, /mcp show will list the servers but won't provide any indication as to which are enabled. This can easily lead to unexpected operations taking place. As the server list grows, it's unrealistic to manually track the state of each server or try to reset the status before running prompts.
