/sandbox command is unavailable

Describe the bug

/sandbox does not appears in the command list

executing it gives: Unknown command: /sandbox

Affected version

GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.74

Steps to reproduce the behavior

copilot
/sandbox
executing it gives: `Unknown command: /sandbox`

Expected behavior

sandbox command exists and you can run your agent in a sandbox environment
