Describe the bug

cli (and app) works partially, but fails after a few minutes. it is not recoverable.

error:
Execution failed: Failed to get response from the AI model; retried 5 times (total retry wait time: 5.00 seconds) Last error: Failed native model HTTP request: proxy tunnel failed: tunnel I/O error: invalid peer certificate: UnknownIssuer

I see this error in cli v1.0.93 (and app v1.1.27). I do not see the issue in cli v1.0.92 and cli v1.0.94-3 (other app versions not tested yet)

OS: Windows.
