Fixes #2048. - Rename python/copilot/generated -> python/copilot/_generated so the package's already-documented "not part of the public API" status is enforced by Python's leading-underscore convention, not just a docstring. Update all internal imports, the Python codegen output paths, the codegen-check workflow path filter, .gitattributes, and ruff/ty excludes accordingly. - Switch tests/e2e helpers that only use publicly-exported types over to the documented copilot.rpc / copilot.session_events shims instead of reaching into the private package; call sites that need private _load_* helpers or the raw module (test_codegen_type_names.py, test_event_forward_compatibility.py) keep using copilot._generated intentionally. - Fix a codegen __all__-curation bug found while auditing the public export surface: appendPythonRpcAllList (unlike its session-events counterpart) never excluded internal-marked types, and the underscore-rename pass for internal RPC types only scanned the raw schema definitions, missing internal-marked *synthesized* method params/result types (e.g. the internal MCP config RPCs) added later when method schemas are merged. Both types are now filtered/renamed via one resolved internal-type-name set, so copilot.rpc.__all__ no longer leaks internal-only types. - Add python/test_public_api.py regression coverage for the private package boundary, preserved public exports, and the internal-type export fix. This repeats and updates the closed #2202 rename (which was correct in intent but closed on the v1 line because it broke the existing copilot.generated import path without a v1-compatible migration). This PR targets the v2 line per #2522/#1934 and removes the old import path outright, since v2 is the agreed vehicle for this breaking change.
