Cannot import dedicated session event data types in v0.3.0

I tried to import ToolExecutionStartData but it seems this type is not exported by the package.

The v0.3.0 release notes says this "but each event now has a corresponding *Event interface and *Data type that you can import and use directly".

What I investigated:

• nodejs/src/index.ts — the package's public entry point
• nodejs/src/generated/session-events.ts — where the *Data and *Event types live
• nodejs/src/types.ts — hand-authored public types

What I found:

The generated/session-events.ts file does export ToolExecutionStartData and many other *Data/*Event types, but none of them are re-exported from nodejs/src/index.ts. The only import from session-events in the package is an internal one in types.ts:

import type { SessionEvent as GeneratedSessionEvent } from "./generated/session-events.js";

This means consumers cannot do:

import { ToolExecutionStartData } from "`@github/copilot-sdk`"; // ❌ not exported

They must use the deep import path instead (as the reporter discovered):

import { ToolExecutionStartData } from "`@github/copilot-sdk`/dist/generated/session-events"; // works but shouldn't be required

Root cause: The v0.3.0 release added the *Data and *Event types to the generated file but did not add them to the export type { ... } block in index.ts, so they were never exposed in the package's public surface area.

Fix needed: All *Data and *Event types from generated/session-events.ts should be re-exported from index.ts, either via export type * from "./generated/session-events.js" or by explicitly listing each type in the export type { ... } block.
