Code completion: ability to configure the model to use

Hi all,

I would request one feature: the ability to select the model for code completion.

Note that I am not talking about the agent mode (CodeCompanion), but just the code completion.

It is documented to default to "4o", but having the ability to experiment other possibilities would be nice.

I would gladly upgrade to the paid tier if I could use other models for code completion.

See #77 (comment). Currently only the default completion model is available, which is typical.
