Poor rendering of verbatim text and inline code blocks in reStructuredText. #215

Both verbatim text and inline blocks in reStructuredText appear to be much larger than surrounding text.

Compare with this example from https://github.com/andris9/node-markdown#installation written in Markdown:

As you can see the verbatim/code block is much larger in reStructuredText (font-size is 15) than in Markdown (font-size is 12). The reason is that in reStructuredText the verbatim text and inline code blocks are translated into the tt elements while the proper style only applies to the code elements.
