Only two specify commands?where are the others?

(2)specify check works well:

(3)specify xxxxxx ---------Don't work.

(4) specify --help, found only installed two commands?

Not found solution by read docs on git.

You need to run the other commands in your AI assistant and not in this CLI directly. In your AI assistant you can use /specify.* commands
